ATHLEADERS conducts private group sessions as well as bootcamps across the island.

 

Private group sessions:

Do you have a group of people in your condo or a bunch of friends who'd like to workout together? We at ATHLEADERS can come to your preferred location to conduct these sessions. We will first speak to you about your goals and tailor a program to align with them. As we understand your need to assess whether the training program will be a good fit for you, your first session will be FREE! 

We are also able to conduct 1:1 virtual private group sessions. Please write to us if interested in the link below! 


Bootcamps:

Keen on an affordable outdoor workout that is fun and can burn up to a 1000 calories? Excited to meet like minded people and make new friends? We at ATHLEADERS conduct bootcamps across some of Singapore's most beautiful landmarks. We conduct bootcamps that entail HIIT, strength and conditioning, toning and weight loss.
