Jefferson is an NCSF-certified personal trainer – “NCSF” is the National Council of Strength and Fitness and is one of the most recognized personal training certificates in the industry. He is also First Aid & AED certified.
Jefferson also has experience doing high-intensity interval training for sessions involving various kinds of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc. He oversees programs involving cardio workouts using plyometric movements, timing, and tempo in order to burn fat, build muscle and boost metabolism.
Jefferson has a rigorous training schedule for himself. He trains 27 hours a week, his fastest 5km run was done in 23 mins and 48 seconds in the hot and humid weather of Singapore (this is a great accomplishment) and was able to do 62 pushups in 60 seconds!
