Regine is a Sports and Exercise science graduate with experience in training clients with goals that range from strength and conditioning, injury management and rehabilitation, exercise programming, postural and movement analysis, performance testing, athlete development, and dance conditioning. She designs fitness programs that help clients lose stubborn fat mass, improve muscle tone, and have good posture. Regine is a certified Pilates coach with specializations in Matwork, Reforming Posture, Biomechanics, and Anatomy. She is also a HIIT coach. This makes her adept at designing interesting strength training routines - clubbing elements of Pilates, HIIT, and body weight! His specialty lies in being able to target small and large muscle clusters during regular strength training workouts. It also helps clients prone to frequent injury, attain better mobility and balance.
